Clinical Study Database

The clinical study database is accessible only from within the UofA campus network with proper authorization. The web interface can be accessed at

http://studydb.obgyn.arizona.edu

Alternatively the mySQL database can be contacted directly. Read the following manuals for more information.

Usage Instructions/Manuals

  •   Report Tool - Tool that access the database and retrieves all records for the specified date range and selected studies. In order to work the procedure described above must be followed so that the database is listed as a source in ODBC.

    Database Fedora Core 6 Image

    A clean image of the database used can be downloaded as a VMware virtual machine. The VMware player or server software is needed to run the virtual machine. Please see contact imformation below to get instructions on how to download this Virtual Machine.
